Wilson Vertex.2 BLX Badminton Racket (2012*)
BLX� is new Wilson Racquet technology engineered with basalt fibers combining proprietary frame, grommet and grip technologies for the prefect feel. "BL" stands for Basalt, and "X" stands for Proprietary technologies combined for the perfect feel.
Basalt is a natural volcanic rock. It can be used in manufacturing where it is made into fine gold fibers with incredible vibration resistance. Wilson's new technology, BLX, has used these basalt fibers and woven them longitudinally with [K]arophite Black to create the most advanced composite in the industry.

WILSON BLX VERTEX.2 FEATURES:
BASALT:
Basalt fibers are woven longitudinally with [K]arophite Black filtering unwanted extreme frequency and delivering a clean feedback with better sensation and the perfect feel.
POWER ROD:
Power Rid technology increases the length of the shaft through the entire length of the handle to the base of the racket.This extended shaft length provides more power with extra kick.
DUAL CONNECT TOP CAP:
New top cap construction lowers the shaft kick point resulting in a more flexible shaft, increasing power while maintaining a controlled performance of the racket.
